ORDERING

All orders placed through our site are safely processed via a secure server, which encrypts all credit card information.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal -- simply choose the appropriate payment option at check out.

If you prefer to pay with a money order, please contact us for payment information. We do not ship products before payment has been received. If you intend to pay by money order, please give yourself enough time to send the money order and wait for your package to be shipped before you need your products.

As we may be contacting you with questions, please leave us with an e-mail address that you check often.

If you are interested in a sample of one of our cards, please send your request to us.

 

U.S. SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation from Maryland zip code 20902.

Shipping rates are based on weight and shipping location. The Priority Mail shipping charge is $6.99 for the first pound, and $1.00 for each additional pound.

We also offer express delivery (via USPS Express Mail) for most orders. Express delivery rates are $29.99 for the first pound, and $3.00 for each additional pound. Keep in mind that orders of personalized or hand-made products may not be possible for express shipping. We do NOT have the capability to do same-day shipping.

We will ship your products as soon as possible, up to five business days following receipt of your order. In the rare case that your package will take longer to ship, you will be notified by e-mail.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most international packages will be shipped via Global Priority Mail. The transit time for these packages is officially 4-6 business days, but this time frame can vary. International shipping depends on the weight of your package.

International Shipping rates:

For Canada and Mexico:
$9.99 for the first pound, plus $1.00 for each additional pound

or all other international destinations:
$24.00 for the first pound, plus $3.00 for each additional pound


Please note that all duty, customs, and brokerage fees charged on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Also note that packages are not considered "lost" by the United States Postal Service until at least 30 days have passed since the package was shipped. We will not replace any packages before those 30 days have passed.

 

PACKAGES RETURNED TO US

In the case that your package is returned to My Baby Party due to the customer's error (incorrect address on the order form, for example) or because the package was unclaimed by the recipient, it is the customer's responsibility to pay actual shipping costs to have the order re-shipped. If the customer chooses to forfeit the order at that time, a refund may be granted under the following conditions:
only non-personalized items can be refunded;
a 15% re-stocking fee for non-personalized items will be charged;
original shipping charges will not be refunded, as they have already been used for shipping.
Please contact us to begin the process of your refund if these conditions are met.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS


Orders that are cancelled by the customer will be refunded whenever possible. However, if the order has already been processed (but not shipped), we will refund your total minus a 15% re-stocking charge. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed and shipped. We will refund your total, minus shipping charges, minus a 15% re-stocking charge, AFTER the items have been returned to us.

We put a lot of effort into processing and packing orders as soon as possible, so please be certain that you wish to place your order before doing so.

 

PERSONALIZED CARDS


Upon receipt of your order, if you have chosen personalized invitations, announcements, or thank-you cards, we will send you (via e-mail) a proof of your text. Please respond promptly - we will not print your cards until either:
1. We receive your response with corrections or with approval to print;
2. or, 48 hours have elapsed since the proof was sent.  In this case, your cards will be printed as you indicated on your order form.

All text will be centered vertically as well as horizontally, and some spelling errors may be corrected. We will not be able to reprint your cards without charge if you wish to change your text after the proof has been approved.  We will reprint any cards, however, that have been printed incorrectly due to our error.

 

PRODUCT RETURNS

Items that are damaged may be returned for a refund or replacement. Customers MUST contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Products may not be returned without prior authorization.

Items returned for any other reason will be refunded (minus shipping charges) after receipt of the items. However, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned items. Please contact us before returning your items. Items that are returned without prior approval will not be refunded. Items must be in original packaging and be in re-sellable condition.

Personalized items cannot be returned.
